Connection is a Continual Practice

We all experience disconnection at times – that’s part of being human. And we all have the capacity to reconnect with those things that bring joy and fulfillment to our lives. The purpose of Be More Connected is to serve as a resource and an inspiration that connection and wellbeing are accessible to all. When we are engaged in a process of expanding meaningful connections, with ourself and others, we have the power to change the world.

Body of Work:

This body of work is about to value of connectivity. We develop tools and practices using a unique blend of science and wellbeing. We support people in their journey toward becoming more connected in their own lives.


Modalities:

Practices that promote healing connections, primarily yoga, community building, and ritual.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga is the ultimate state of union. Yoga is the process of constant evolution towards yourself. Yoga is realizing there is no separation. Mind, body, soul connection.

Community Building

Healthy communities begin with healthy individuals. Healthy communities are also built on love, trust and shared values. Building and maintaining strong communities requires compassionate communication, integration of shared values, and implementing restorative practices when conflicts arise. These are skills that are not highly valued in mainstream culture, but can be learned through thoughtful practice and intentionality.


Ritual & Practice

To maintain balance in today’s overworked, overstimulated, society, it’s important to cultivate rituals and healing practices to strengthen the mind, body and nervous system.  When we are able to honor ourselves and our journey, we have the power to create a fortified inner environment, even in the face of challenging external factors. Our healing is a lifelong process that requires investment and practice.
